General Rules
1. Don't Play dirty. If I find that someone hasn't been nice OOC, then that person will be punished (banned IPs, accounts being deleted, or just being ignored =P)
2. Please make sure that the character application has been filled out completely. If you have any questions about it, please PM the member of staff that's responsible for characters (until the time I choose one, just PM me.)
3. Signatures are a great way to personalise your characters, however I request that you don't make them too big. This is mainly because it's seriously annoying and also affects the loading speeds. Signatures must not contain any form of profanity or nudity of any sort.
4. No posts should contain slang.
Tlkn lyk dis aint gdgd eivvah. Juss don tlk lyk dis n u'll b oks.
Translation: Talking like this isn't good either. Just don't talk like this and you'll be okay. I'll allow things like lol, rofl etc. but nothing else.
5. No god-modding. Pretty simple, just don't post actions for other people.
6. Every post should have at least 2 lines. If you seem to have trouble with posting, then maybe Endless Desire isn't the site for you. HINT: If you don't have enough time to post the amount needed, then leave it till later. I'd think the person you're RolePlaying with could wait.
7. Moderators are here for a reason. even though you might not think they can see what you're posting, they will PM me straight away.
8. If you wish to advertise on the site, feel free. Just make sure that it's done in the proper place. If we spot any advertising anywhere but in the allocated place, you will have to face the consequences!
9. Your screen name should be changed to your character's name to avoid confusion. You are only allowed to use one character. I mean seriously...
Application Rules
1. Please don’t change or alter the application form in any way when filling it out.
2. Remember that no one is perfect. Please ensure that your characters aren’t perfect. Mary-sues and John Smiths are not permitted, never were permitted and never will be. Come on guys, you can be more creative than that.
3. Keep in mind that there won't be only humans here. Mythics are also allowed, so keep your eyes open.
4. Until your application has been accepted, please do NOT post on the RP boards. If you do, your account will be deleted. You’ve been warned.
5. If you register but don't fill out your application in a week, your account will be deleted.
RolePlaying rules
1. All posts must be written in third person, past tense. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2. Please make sure that each and every post has been spell checked, I will not tolerate constant misspellings.
3. To let me know you have read these rules, you have to write:
"I'll read them for a doughnut!" in your character application.
It's just so I know you've read this.
4.No double-posting and no re-posting! If someone hasn’t responded to your thread then PM them.
5. Should a post contain strong language, mature content, or anything like that please ensure that there is a warning. (Either in the thread title or at the START of the post.)
Since this site is still new, I suggest that members check back regularly for any new rules.
If any questions arise, please PM any of the staff.
Thankies!
